Introduction to Brandy

Brandy may conjure images of the sophisticated elite lounging in oversized leather chairs, puffing on cigars and sipping amber liquor from dainty snifters. While brandies -- like some Cognacs -- can be costly and embody the natural hautiness of the French, this classic liquor doesn't have to be intimidating!  Afterall, brandy is simply a product of distilled wine or other fermented fruit juices that can be produced all over the world.

On Thursday, Oct 10th, get ready for an introduction to the fine spirit. Spirits Specialist Nick will guide you through the basics of brandy and pour samples of several labels and variations. He will also demonstrate crafting three popular brandy cocktails, which you will, of course, also get to try!

The cost to attend is $10 per person. Class size is limited, so you must register and pay to secure a spot. This will be a sit-down class of approximately 50-minutes. Participants will enjoy samples of various brandies and brandy-based cocktails and receive educational materials and recipes.
