We accept returns of certain products with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
The following products may not be returned: cigars, pipe tobacco, perishable food items, opened or damaged containers, items that have been subjected to extreme temperatures (chilled or heated), and special orders (i.e. products that are not normally carried in-store).
Exchanges may be made for partially (up to 25%) consumed products that seem to be spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption. This determination requires managerial approval.
Note for Special Event & Large Orders:
Returns of products purchased as a part of a Special Event or large ($1,000+) order using our Events Specialist will incur a 20% restocking fee. This may be done by contacting the Events Specialist at (918) 500-6169 or events@tulsahillswinecellar.com to schedule a return.
